I ll have a go at joining at 6.40 @BILL S
Me too - but had trouble installing the upgrade. Tried loading Bsim and got the normal message to Accept the upgrade. Upgrade started but got stuck on the Bsim Software Update screen for 10 minutes, so I killed the process.

Used the link quoted by @Brusgaard and the install completed without any problems.
Yes @bert1971, you have to download/install 152MB.

Use this link for a painless installation: http://bsimresources.bkool.com/game/bsim2setup.exe

Logged into Bsim ok, but had to pair my Turbo and sensors manually, but all worked fine after that.

Probably just a 'local/end user' issue, but Just a warning to allow a plenty of time before tonight's handicap, as I think this is the first time I have had issues upgrading.

Welcome to a world of pain  You'll enjoy it .... honest
:unsure::headshake:

Nah, just dump the Pro (well, keep it in reserve just in case) and stick with the Kickr. You won't regret it (much).
I will after the last 10 stages of the LEJoG league. I may even punt for a trainer road sub to get an improvement plan going. My weight loss plan on bkool will change if I do it on the kickr, real watts

The problem is, the small setup.exe you download from the webpage (and presumably within BSim) is blocked by your antivirus/firewall as an infected file. The bsim2setup.exe is not, or you can manually accept it to run.

McAfee is one of those AVs to give you trouble. If behind a “next generation” (company) firewall, you may have problems too, as these use AV-patterns as well.

This has been a problem since V3.40 of the simulator, if I remember correctly.

I find if I'm on Bkool and struggling up an hill on the Kickr I just drop into ERG mode at say 250 watts (or less depending how far into the ride I am). Not easy watts granted but allows me to spin up the hill rather than grind up. Once over the lump, ERG off and back to normal. Don't get disheartened by everyone else flying past you up the hills, it's a fact of life on Bkool. Oh, and you can forget any downhill courses ... you'll spin out on anything over 5%

Yes, gone are the days of your superpowers going up hill BUT you will get fitter now, that is the silver lining you need to hold on to as your legs scream out in pain and your heart rate goes into the red :hyper:

I think I have several, but a new user will only have one opportunity to use it. Easier FTP, shouldn't be easier:biggrin: .I have a bit of phobia with FTP:blink: .I don't mind having a hard workout, just something mentally in nerving about ftp

Just a heads up on some of the bugs in the new V3.60:

1) It is no longer possible to see average speed/cadence etc. during warm-up, but in the race it should be working as normal.
2) Painting/texting a rider as a spectator is also no longer working.
3) New and exciting 3D special effects - or maybe we should just call them bugs. Looks funky though, when they happen. :-)
4) <To be filled >
