My start was a bit odd, I was apparently putting out 4000w and travelling at 6km/h, then it went back to normal and I was up to 60km/h and caught everyone back up, a good bit of drafting with Bill and Geoff for a while.

Yes I was a bit jealous if I'm honest, wanted some of that. Tucked in behind Geoff for a quick breather, but when a decent incline presented itself, had to take the opportunity.

Great result Monte. For a solo effort that was fantastic. I would have been maybe a minute slower if I didn't have company

The sun was out er and the son was out and I couldn't resist going out with him for a quick ride round the block, I was in no condition to join in once I got back. If you ever get the opportunity to go for a ride with my 17 year old lad don't it hurts...a lot. Windy hilly ride, 22mph average at 20 miles before I told him to slow down.

I'm fine thanks Adam:smile: Just a puncture. It was just getting more and more difficult to keep the power going. Then the bump bump bump started. Ended up having to stop, fix the puncture, then start again from the beginning.

That was me stopping to pump up my tyre then trying to hunt you down but failing and my tyre going flat again.
