I'm glad you're OK. Just another plus for Bkool.

Thanks and yes, I think you are right!
Also, a bit of a learning for me to be a bit safer on the road.

So 6 minutes slower than Bill, about 4 from Adam and just over a minute from Geoff.

I think I could make up a couple of minutes if I did it again, but don't think my time is too bad.

Well done everyone, especially Blueface who has done it twice.
Cheers Kipster, My sort of track - I need to build more endurance - us ex-Mtb guys arent used to long distances!

and thanks to all who were posting messages on the road and by message box.:bravo: You kept me going near the end there Geoff.:hugs: Improved 8 minutes since Monday! :hyper::thanks:

Well done Guy. You beat me at my own game.
Felt like I was racing against myself there. Every time I tried to close in you responded until I had nothing left.
At least I know how you work now ;)

Nice ride guys, enjoyed that. Bill, did you get off and duck behind a tree about 2/3 of the way round? Or were you composing yourself for an attack? For about 2 minutes I thought MWAHAHAHA, I've cooked him. Then you took off like Wiggo again! Leaving me feeling a bit sheepish, not an uncommon feeling for a welshman I admit.

I really enjoyed it too. I'd hoped the chain gang could have gone on a bit longer but it was not to be. It was a great work out and felt far more on off power than usual. I must admit Adam I was composing myself for an Attack but I thought I had more energy left than I did. And also Guy had more energy left than I thought he would. All in all a great race though.

I was trying to get about a minute for the last climb, I was expecting one of you to come flying past when it got steep I saw how you went last week, I couldn't even get close. Nice ride though. Anyone had issues with STRAVA, I got a couple of KOM's which is not really fair. Is there a way of keeping the ride but losing the KOMs?

Tick the stationary trainer in the ride edit bit. It will lose the map and Koms but keep the miles in the weekly totals
