I normally hit half a litre of SiS Go Hydro, and half a litre of SiS Go Electrolyte 30 minutes before the session starts ... It helps to wash the painkillers down ... I follow the session with half a litre of Sis ReGo.Good points those better warm-up and cooling down and ofcourse better dehydration before actual training session. I skip that way too often. Thx for advice. Maybe bit of salt before session is not bad either, depending metabolism.
No cramps for me with that regime ... well not real ones just the phantom cramp like pain from sciatica
