va-Froome could take some lessons from Ricardeno after taking a lazy 47 minutes to complete 40.2 km (not even over 52 kph average).
Ricardeno, is that Richardend in english?
That a begger of a course, I had a dry run at it today after doing CG1 and I was on over 58 minutes when I ditched with 6 km to go.
Must admit that I was watching the highlights from the Vuelta at the same time and I dawdled a bit for a lot of it but there are some real tough climbs in there with some short force flats just break your rythmn.
Me and Froomey set off at the same time and when he finished I still had 11 (eleven) .. that's e11even miles to go...FFS.. I was definitely dawdling and paying for too much attention to my HR which at one point hit 164.. and yet still the old pump still couldn't get enough oxygen to my screaming legs..
