I know exactly what you're saying. I did the first chain gang ride this morning and didn't save it because it was so slow. I have to stand often, but don't slip because I weigh a lot. I can give further advice for putting on weight if you'd like.
Thanks Randy but weighing in at 95kg (209 lbs) is all the muscle I can carry at the moment  so no advice needed.:hungry:
I'm having to spend 3 weeks working in Chicago soon, so do you think that it might be easy to loose some weight over there?

@Marino.g yes i climb out of the saddle for bout 20 30 secounds at time no slipping im 83kg but i use a cyclops wheel block that bridgy recommend also make sure the arms of the turbo r free so if u take ur bike out they fall down on they own
Thanks
@rob01792 I've got one of those but I don't use it as it's quite bulky but I'll give it ago.
Driving for 7 hours to your neck of the woods at Narbeth probably didn't help much either.

I think Paul is right. I could just about spin 50/12 or even 50/11 on the flat on my bkool pro in bsim and even in zwift but struggle to hit cadence of 80 on the NEO now except in a short all out sprint. Wimpy legs perhaps.
I am intrigued by the power drop with the update. I am pretty tied up with the ZA training for next 6 weeks and then some online racing in november but may take a peak at bsim after that. In fact i will challenge bkool to give me a free month to try it out again and see what they say. I am sure you will ALL be overjoyed to see me back in the fray
Just did the CG Sstage 1 and i was around 30 seconds behind where i thought i wanted to be BUT i wasn't feeling 100% even when doing the warm up, but i did find it easier to make the watts, after a minute or 2 after the session my eye sight went blurry for a few seconds and felt a bit rough so when i feel better I'll be doing it again

First Bkool session in ages and things didn't quite turn out as planned. First, I've been riding with these (https://cyclingshop.dk/2-stk-proline-daekindlaeg-25-mm.html don't know what you call them) because of the wet summer, but decided to remove them before turboing.
After a few seconds of riding I had a flat tire, and immediately found three holes where I could remove small sharp stones. Further inspection revealed about 4 more potentially tube piercing stones. So prove that those red things really does a good job of puncture protecting.

I decided to challenge RICARDENO's +1500 watts in Summer Cup stage 7 "Mongolia Bike Challenge 2016/17 S1" and use that as warm up for another ride. But already half way through I got a strange cramp like feeling in my right buttock, and almost couldn't go on. So I never got to the real ride I planed and now feel like somebody hit my ass with a baseball bat :B).

Maybe they closed the "time-dope" hole or maybe it was because I didn't ride alone, but my time is listed as the actual time spend and not my "time-doped" time at just under 12 minutes.

Whilst I don't want to put you off and would be DELIGHTED to see you back on Bkool Bob, I wouldn't get too excited about the changes - I still show much higher watts overall on Bkool compared to the overall watts I found on Zwift on similar terrain. Which suggests that while the uphill gradients do seem to have changed a bit, the resistance/speed/watts on the flat is still more generous than Zwift (and real life!)
I would agree. The watts and speed I can get on Bkool (or Zwift to be fair) feel too high compared to real world  I might do another quick Zwift ride though to see if my Bkool and Zwift power/speed are similar now.

Good news and bad news

Bad first. I've just done the SC10 TT -19mph average, closer to the real world than ever.. I reallly struggled with weak legs though.. time posted and that's the important thing

Good news. I popped on a really slow ghost and beat him.... I didn't come last @Brusgaard - I know you'll be happy for me..
i thought we'd do that ride together Thursday. I;ll check your time out and try to do the same .... or if GW is on the 7 oclock ride Thursday i'll stay with him

Whorty, given you cannot calibrate your bkool trainer, or even a pro, in Zwift its kind of pointless. I suppose you could choose and compare power for certain speeds on flat routes? Perhaps choose a workout and do it that way with erg off?
