You have me by 40 secondsI should be able to get that back when I do SC8 again with the right ghosts

Pep once told me he was one of the guys who developed Bkool
I recon you should be at least 20 minutes up on me after 8 rides .... you definitely have some easy time to get backI've already scheduled some of my bad late July/early August stages for a re-run. Look out!![]()
Okay, maybe he has a custom one then, which can be tuned according to each stage.![]()
Call out. Just walked in to my brothers house and put a box of bits on the table, in prep to go home for a light session on the turbo, before a nice 10oz ribeye steak with chips and onion rings and the bloody phone rings. 3 hours later and I'm back home, having driven round half of South London for a job that took less than 5 minutes, not wanting to cook
and no turbo time

Yeah fair point, although to be fair one bottle seems to do the job for you anyhow
This blokes got your glass @AAAC 76COne bottle is enough for me to set the tone for another.
My addictive nature will always overrule common sense after even one glass hence only buying one bottle at a time.
I'm the same with anything I enjoy. Even simple things like crisps and Pringles, eat one and eat a ton.
In reality one glass of good wine should be enough for anyone but for me it will always be nothing or more.
Wine/alcohol is relatively simple to deal with if you turn down the first drink every time but hobbies like cars, bikes, DIY etc are normally done in total sobriety and for me are even more challenging to control.
Have any of you been riding Tour of Cambridgeshire?
I am considering riding it in 2018 as my qualificationrace for the UCI Granfondo World Championship.
As far as I can see it is a pretty flat route, which is what I need ;-)
Cambridgeshire is very flat country.
