I will follow your lead but give me a thought if I miss the rush off of the line.
On climbs please pull through and I will judge my effort vs yours and if I'm struggling on the descents I will try and get a jump on you in the transition so I don't get too far behind

Sorry chaps my evening off due to a sore arse... trying to keep up with all the hard 'riding' over the last few days. I also have a suspicion that baby may be here sooner rather than later.... mummy pig is eating as though it's a last supper...

Sorry guys - just had no energy at all tonight - hope you didn't wait for me too much! I just had to pootle round - need a rest and then a proper go at the stage!

i peaked at 800 BK Watts on one climb, thought id left the motor on

A huge ring of fire and brimstone, smoke circling the handlebars then.... a huge flash of light... tinterweb, goes berserk, a faded face which I'm sure was Stephen King, then.... I'm transported into a world of my own with only @Daddy Pig for company.. DP is willing me on to catch somebody who simply wasn't there....

One minute I'm cramping up behind @Marino.g then gone, all 30 odd riders - disappeared.. left to my own devices with messages of beer on the road. I swear I would have bailed was it not for DP..

Sorry @Marino.g - it's just as well I was spirited away.

Right... time to hydrate.

I just couldn't keep up on the hill but felt good enough on the rest of it. Had to really work to catch AARUS but once I got past he seemed to give up. Quite happy with my time but might have to try and improve my first couple of stage efforts.

Sometimes my HR-belt or the receiver fails and show too low numbers, like yesterday.
It usually happens when I ride two sessions right after eachother, like I did yesterday. Strange....

It's the short term weight loss.
My torso I'd the same width all the way up so I have put braces on mine.
If only I knew where the cats had hidden it.

I'm calling you flasher Jim from now on, one moment you are on my wheel and then Scotty beamed you up and then you came back but you kept flashing on/off.
I know your a friendly kind of guy but there are boundaries you know and flashing is one of them!
