How do I get on the Saturday ride?...what name do I look for on the live page at 5pm

I'll be there at 5pm, no six nations on today and a steady ride with the club planned for this morning, should limber me up nicely. I think I need to make up 45 to 60 seconds on Adam, then it'll be a week four showdown for third place in the league

Mind you if he goes chasing after Bill to hard he will probably take more time out of me

Legs may be stiff from skiing and sitting in car for 15 hours straight, so got my excuses in place ...

You can have a promotion to at least 6th Geoff as I have a long club ride planned tomorrow so can't make it tonight although looking at the weather forecast tomorrow I may need some water wings

Just look for "rundlestone". Easiest way is to type it into the filter at the bottom of the page. If your setup is like mine you need to move the taskbar out of the way first.

Decided to give the wahoo kickr another bash....should arrive in the next few hours....got a replacement cassette though as I run 32-11 on the cx....hopefully this kickr will work right and function properly with bkool

Seriously, if I don't improve from last nights performance it'll be easy for you and quite a few others. And this is not me playing mind games. Last weeks Moncenisio, DHuez and Rundlestone was a bit too much for my poor legs.

Sadly i wont be able to join you all today. Missed Thursday because i was in Barcelona admiring all their new cycling provision. Audit at work next week means all hands to the till get get us ship shape and so working all weekend. I will try and find time to look in and cheer you all on. Perhaps a Snickers at the top rather than a beer may be a greater incentive for some?
