Nice one Wardy you now know what you let yourself in for nowerm.. don't recall any of you saying it was THIS hard!!!! My bkool arrived just over an hour ago - and the beauty of working from home is that I got to give it a quick go... managed just over 20 mins on the Col de la Bonette - only had half an hour spare really, and wanted to try a few other maps.. but to be fair, that 23 mins about killed me... got off to quite a good start, but then one by one everyone passed me... going to have an easy spin around one of my own routes from Strava later maybe - or atleast a go on a local route that I know (assuming I can feel my legs by then)

Go to your profile and then click on the fitness level tab and then click on FTP test to schedule it, 20 minutes of pain that's all
