It sometimes takes a bit of time for the name change to flow through to the leagues ... which seems a bit strange but I've seen that before!

As for resting, I find if I race too many days in a row my times really do suffer. Maybe have a rest day today and join us live tomorrow. Same plan as for Jim .... I'll shoot off fast and wait until the three of us are together then we can push on. A chain of 3 could work well together if we can stay together.

When I got back off the DD, and I was suffering the asthma attack, I bought a maximum exhalation thingy-mabob and the peak flow I managed was 130. As the steroids, and then the inhalers took hold I started to get to 500 by the time I saw the doc last. Doc was happy with that. Re-tested today and I'm up to 740 Yep, I'm happy that my lungs are starting to function correctly now

I might be able to make it later but I'm not sure I will be any good to you after last nights attempt.
I usually have a max hb at 162-164 but was unable to get it above 145 last night.
I've not had a rest day for 4 days so just wondering if I might need a rest.

Warmup start (around) 5 o'clock. Sometimes they start the warmup 1 or 3 minutes too late or too early! Being Spanish, that's normal... Err, I mean, we see that often. Hope to join you, but if my knee doesn't get better, I'll have to skip...
