 - Crikey, I hope Mrs McWhortface is ok?
Yes thanks, she is fine. She falls sometimes and can't get up off the floor. Thankfully she fell in the lounge so soft carpet fall :okay: I think she was more upset she'd stopped my ride but I had to get her up. Rested then had a second go. Not as fast I don't think as I would have done on the first run, but still knocked 30 seconds off my time. I think I might have another 5-10 seconds more to knock off ... but not today :B)

When I got back off the DD, and I was suffering the asthma attack, I bought a maximum exhalation thingy-mabob and the peak flow I managed was 130. As the steroids, and then the inhalers took hold I started to get to 500 by the time I saw the doc last. Doc was happy with that. Re-tested today and I'm up to 740 :wahhey: Yep, I'm happy that my lungs are starting to function correctly now
You have to get to 950! :boxing:

We can't be associated with a UK Group, and ride for the Danish team at Nations Cup  Hmm, that only applies to Jacob, but anyway...

You know you want to join us, we are almost neighbours.
I used to go to Flensburg every weekend which is almost Denmark.
I also been to Aalborg on many occasions on my way to Norway.
I even have a Danish flag somewhere.
And I like bacon (Ahh Danishhhhh).
If you don't we'll all join your league in the winter and crash your sessions with our humongous membership.

Agreed! Loving the international nature of the leagues and the more team cyclechatters the better! :hugs:

Although I think you may be overstating the size of our members! :giggle:

Sorry...

Okay, I've been to London several times, loves English breakfast and enjoys speaking and writing English. I might as well be British then??

Well, we DON'T have a league. It's just a Facebook group with 3 weekly races. The leaderboard is manually updated by Soren Bonde, using a script by Morten "Museeuw" Bundgaard Pedersen to transfer data from the BKOOL combined results page to an Excel spreadsheet to do some complicated points calculation.

It's not JUST about being fastest, you also get points for attending races, session ranking points (and more points for more difficult stages (those with avg. slope above a certain percentage)) and much more. Soren usually releases the overall ranking weekly, when Bkool has finished processing the race results. I won the 2016 Trophy for attending most races (85% - 56 of 66 total), and reached the Top 20 (No. 17) overall mostly due to that. Didn't win a single stage, best stage result was no. 6. ^_^
