Nothing removed or fitted. They couldn't find anything wrong at all. Them and my GP are back to thinking it's an inner ear infection or something. I've now been referred to the Ear Nose and Throat depth and got some Meds to take. Just weighed myself ato 73.8kg compared to 77kg before I was hospitalised. I'd like to do the CG tomorrow but I think my Mrs would go mental.

Alpe used to be my way of besting my ftp but I've now found the velo is also good. No need to keep changing gears so can concentrate on turning those pedals You should easily get a red hat Jim. Allez Allez Allez

I think you need to immediately change your Bkool weight and then stop using the weighing scales for a few years....

Hmmm... if you had said Apple White I may have felt a little better about myself but Magnolia... well, it's as good as beige but not better..

I'm a little beige right now as I've been reviewing COSHH assessments all day.. and I mean all day, since 6am... can't even be bothered to break @Whorty's heart - straight home.. straight in't fridge.. slurp slurp..

Off tomorrow, so fingers crossed I've a little more energy tomorrow..
