Bill, good to see they let you out. Be careful to ensure they dont have to take you back in, however attractive the diet regime.
I assume he did it by viewing his own ride and then looked at his opponents in the double head drop down.
Cancel that, I didn't realise that existed.
It helps, but shouldn't result in 1000 watt power figures. Either dodgy figures, or BKool algorithm played up.
If anyone wants to join me let me know and we can plan a suitable time. I'm currently aiming for somewhere around 6 o'clock.
I do wonder if the BKool algorithm gets confused sometimes and estimates the watts based on speed, and when you have such a lightweight at 50kg, going fast up hill, it just over estimates the watts ... but wow, to 1000 watts is some overestimate i think in cases like that we have to assume the speed is mostly correct but the estimate power is all buggered upJust trying to explain why he flew uphill, and went downhill like a feather. Surely the watts can't be explained by that. Skovsgaard experienced the same in last weeks Bkool race, earning him an Elite 2 status. He wasn't exactly thrilled, as he knew the watts were way off on that session... :-)
Cool - I'll set the session up to start warm up at 6 o'clock UK time for ride start at 6-10. If anyone else fancies a blast around the velo to try and improve their FTP than feel free to joinThat could work for me. Today is ANOTHER day of rain, and I didn't get around to packing away the Bkool setup this past weekend. :-) Might even join you tomorrow for the CG, if the weather doesn't change for the better...
Awesome - got it, thanks!Open your own Activity detail and place the mouse over the COPY button and note the sessionid no. at the bottom left of your browser window. Now open the Activity details of a rider, who took part in another race on the same route, mouse over COPY and note his sessionid.
Use the URL from previous post and replace the sessionids with the ones you noted. Easy peasy, when you know how to. :-)

If you look closely at the ride, his speed hardly changed at all when it went uphill, so his watts went from 100ish to 1000ish with no change in speed. Can't join you tonight but good luck! No drafting other riders if you want to keep your watts up remember!Cool - I'll set the session up to start warm up at 6 o'clock UK time for ride start at 6-10. If anyone else fancies a blast around the velo to try and improve their FTP than feel free to join
i have planted some Bots on the course to kill any potential boredom
Don't set those Zwift splitters off You'll never hear the last of itCan't be, all Bkool soft- and hardware products are 100% fool proof, error free and quality assured.
The bots will be too slow to draft anyway, but it's nice to get the 'boost' as you pass them every couple of laps Having a rider (even a bot) ahead gives something to chase so helps me anyway to keep the power on. Hoping I have the legs tonight as never been Active 3 beforeCan't join you tonight but good luck! No drafting other riders if you want to keep your watts up remember!
