I'm often dizzy after racing on the turbo. Thankfully my chair is right next to the bike in the office, so I just have to plop down when I can finally get off the bike.Bill - I've highlighted the things that might pertain to you

Bob, my blood pressure is good but I could do with raising my HR a bit. 190 would probably be enough. But doesn't Bill need to raise his blood pressure?
Looking forward to see @AAAC 76C and Skovsgaard battle it out at 7PM. AAAC taking the lead uphill, and Jacob chasing him downhill. :-)
Beware of the dead-stop at 16.4km, when you hit the 9.8% climb! :-)
damn i was hoping he would ride earlier
that is going to hurt me based on my current inability to stay with it.
Does the warmup for these rides start on the hour @Brusgaard? So 7pm warmuo, 7.10 start?Well, the race at 4.30 was attended by around 50 riders, most of them Active and Pros, so you must work to reach the podium. ;-) I had a dead-stop at 1.3km before finish, when my other fell into my Bkool-bike. That cost me a 17 seconds full stop, and a at least one place in the rankings, not to mention the deep scratch mark on the bike's frame, left by the revolutions of the wheel on the Bkool bike before stopping...
