Well after all the hard work me & @AAAC 76C put in last night on the Chaingang, I increased my average watts by 13 watts to 264 - all which increased my ability status by one to Average 10.. WTF?

Beige forever.. :surrender:
The 'easiest' way to get into red is to do 30 mins on the alpe d'huez. Bkool hills usually show higher watts

LIVING THE DREAM

Fine example of Rod Pull Brakes, probably a Sturmey Archer 3 Speed and whitewall tyres.
The badge looks a bit like a Schwinn Excelsior but the slash is going the wrong way.
He's running a front sidewall dynamo there as well, probably a Kadomax 6 volt if that is a Schwinn.

Not sure who the rider is though but he does look uncannily like and older version of me.

Can't believe what I saw in Yobsvile today.
Even cyclists wear hoodies.

@Jim Brown couldn't get near your time yesterday. I lost you at the start so had to work hard to get your wheel. Didn't get you until about 1km in. Had you ok until towards 3,5 km when you seemed to pick up the pace - maybe this is when @AAAC 76C started towing you. I dropped your wheel at 4km as I couldn't hold 300 watts.

Legs were a bit tired going into the ride but even so you set an amazing time. Would like to have another pop when I have fresh legs! :boxing:

Seen you'd done it on Strava, early morning too.. didn't you follow it with anoth ride as well - good going McWhortface.

I'm going to have a spin in the veledrome later - an hour or two - nothing hard.

Bill (or anyone for that matter)- can you give me some advice please re chaingang rides, have completed April stage 1 and 2 (against ghosts because of time difference) and whilst it shows the amount of time taken it's not included with the other riders, is there something else i should? great ride btw Jim on stage 2 it was just about all i could do to stay marginally in front
