LIVING THE DREAM
Well, stages 6 and 8 you gave blown me away in both! About 7 minutes on stage 6 alone and I only have marginal gains on other stages! My fight is with parariesbt and minyado for what I reckon is 8,9,10 but there are hills ahead, nasty steep ones!
I find that where there is a steep start I get blown away and there's no one left to work with on the flats as I'm generally going faster when i catch others up so do the work on my own. I managed to do one hilly stage by tagging along Jacob and staying with him on the hills and then had him to use on the flats but generally he is too fast!
I need a chaingang effort to get me over the line! Always willing to help on the flatter stages as well.

Excellent final stage in the Paris Nice today.
Contador lit up the race again, he is so good to watch when he is on the back foot.
The chase and finish was reminiscent of last years race and won by seconds and a different out turn for the 1/2/3 bonus seconds pretty much made the difference as to who came first and who came second.
I am just a little bit annoyed that I missed watching it live.

I wish I'd seen that live too. 2 seconds!

Hi All, am now in the far east and as i thought my turbo here (Elite Real Axiom) is a little 'kinder' than in london although it would be nice to think my london trainer (Bkool Pro) is not working properly , having said that i went from active 1 to active 10 in my first ride (Handicap Chase S1) and in my second ride i just bested Bill's time in WC stage 12 by a minute, anybody have any ideas/thoughts as to how i should 'level' the playing field?
PS wish you better DP

Good grief... you mean go outside on a bike... not me... too many scary hills to go up!

A trip to Wales in may will sort out that little phobia DP!

A bit random but did anyone do a real world ride today using a garnin which hasn't uploaded to garmin connect?

Morning Tommy.

Yes, I was out yesterday and same as you it didn't upload to Bkoo from my Garmin. I manually uploaded it myself last night. Obviously I received the obligatory excuse not to convert it to 3D.. :cursing:

I didn't get to see it until in bed on Eurosports player. What a race! I was worried that, for me, with Fabian retiring and with Boonen set to retire, that the racing would become less exciting but 2017 is turning into a great year for seat of your pants racing.

I think you need to quickly do all the winter cup stages and get fast times on each! Make sure you put cyclechat in the nickname in bkool!

Well done Steve. You've beaten me on a hilly ride (stage 12). Now you need to test your trainer on a flat stage and challenge my ghost on stage 11 so we'll know if the playing field needs to be levelled.
If you beat me on stage 11 :cycle: I'm going to suggest a bath full of treacle.
