Give it a go It gets easier the longer it goes on, honest .Not sure you are selling this to me TB as something I want to be doing.

It's a shame the power is about 50 watts down on what I had been doing. Self inflicted but still frustrating. Still changing the way I ride to a much higher cadence is hard workGood cadence there Boxers in the power stage interval s
How many times did you stop at the pub though...?I've done it Mr Bridgy but 19 minutes slower than you... .. phew

Fair play I really wouldn't have wanted it to go on for another 19 minutes!!I've done it Mr Bridgy but 19 minutes slower than you... .. phew
Just done WC stage 13 - anyone else had a go yet? I know we always say this but - that's a bit of a tough one!!

Edit to add
Bkool is giving me about 155watts in the z4 sections of the workout. The Vectors on connect are showing about 175watts. Not quite as bad as I thought
Edit to add again
Borrox, just realised I didn't calibrate the vectors before properly starting the session
Do you tend to spin a low gear or grind out a higher one on those kind of hills?I just did as well, but didn't do nearly as well as you. I came in 38th. I just can't make decent watts on the hills.
Yes it does tend to drive you a little . There are lots out there, you just need to work outBeen trying to read up on powermeters tonight. My heads hurting a little...

1: how much can you spend?
2: how much do you want to spend?
3: what info do you want?
Each system has a downside. But all are just about using power to gauge your fitness and temper your efforts.
I eventually went with pedals as they are the easiest to move between bikes (I haven't actually moved them yet), the down side is they tend to be the most expensive

Not any more. I changed my cassette and am spinning fast on the steep gradients. Its something else effecting the power. On my old trainer I made more power going uphill.Do you tend to spin a low gear or grind out a higher one on those kind of hills?
I asked because I've kind of been experimenting a bit and I think bkool rewards grinding a bigger gear uphill more than spinning a low one. I don't know though - might just be an individual thing? Not any more. I changed my cassette and am spinning fast on the steep gradients. Its something else effecting the power. I've had no issues with my vectors, but I haven't been outside much with them. The main concern is the torque on initial setup. Get it right and they just work, wrong (to high or low) and they are a pain.Price is definitely a factor.
I like the look of the power tap pedals but as you say there's a price hike. The vectors sound a bit high maintenance TB. I'd be interested to hear Lars' opinion on his pedals now he's had them a while.
