Not able to make tonight due rather long winded nose bleed. Started yesterday morning and finished around 11am toway. I don't really want to push my blood pressure up as it'll probably start all over again!
Edit. I spoke too 'bloody' soon...
That doesn't sound good - or pleasant! Hope you get sorted soon

Bad luck mate is that a regular problem?
Not regular, but this time 3 years ago I ended up getting admitted to hospital as it bled for 3 days as they couldn't stop it which was in the same area as now. The consultant did a minor op which worked but I had to do nothing for a week afterwards, not even walk upstairs! I felt ridiculous being in a hospital ward for a nose bleed but I had actually lost quite a bit of blood!

Yep I felt a bit of a spare part, sat on the start line with 3 of the 'super stars'. I'm surprised the marshalls let me in.
Mind I wished they hadn't bothered as my trainer kept losing connection with Bsim and dropping me out. Happened about 20 times but I needed the miles in my legs and I was sort of dressed for the occasion.
After I completed the ride I restarted Bsim and all was fine on my warm down ride.
I'm one of the few who doesn't suffer much from the Bkool quirks, so can't complain.

Despite not actually doing anything to fix it the trainer felt and sounded ok today. Still felt a little sluggish but I think that was probably more me than the trainer!

With that much pig blood, you could have produced a good amount of black pudding :hungry:

I did a really nice PAC social ride on Zwift tonight. Over 200 riders. Pace about 2.5w/kg so hardly broke a sweat so a great recovery ride at an average 37kph. I used discord and listened to and tried to join in with the banter of a group mainly comprising sweepers. So I got to listen to them keeping an eye on those that got dropped and then taking turns to ride with them back to the group. It's pretty impressive watching an online ride dynamic work in such a positive way and finally being part of a huge group that finishes the ride together topped off with a sprint up the volcano.

I felt a bit of a fraud wearing the national kit and trundling along... Well done for finishing the ride. I was watching you climbing over that steep hill. It was a tough enough ride without the dropouts.
