emailing bkool a few times today regarding the email issue each time they replied within the hour
my last email I ask if I decide to leave bkool over this issue how would I go about a refund as I'm paid up until November
they emailed me back saying they processed a refund which will go back on my original payment method in 2 to 3 days, I've just check and I'm no longer a premium subscriber
