@Whorty is bang on, 39:16 is a very fast time, well done. You'll certainly be a solid prospect for the Red Team, if we can get a Team Time Trial together.

I have scheduled another month of the usual Handicaps, if we can get enough for 3 Teams then happy to do that, otherwise I think we should just drop back to the usual Handicap chase. Come April or May, perhaps we should go back to the wieght Handicaps, as outside riding becomes more popular?

So who is up for this Tuesday's (7pm) Handicap?

Geoff
Inn (my favourite kind)

And that was me absolutely knackered after a hard weeks bkooling

Did you set your weight properly?

I did a search on bkool n the Facebook Zwift riders group and read lots of posts describing a similar experience to you though some suggesting your watts ere a bit low- that will be the week of hard bkooling :laugh:

There is also talk of strava buying up and investing in a Zwift competitor...

Can't do this week, sorry. Will hopefully be up for a slow 1.5 hours trundle tomorrow evening if @Jim Brown or @theboxers fancy it. Not a race, just a slow pace to get a few miles into the legs. Need to start getting the slow miles in ready for the DD
I would, but I've already set-up a few sessions. I'm going to be trying a new session for my warm-up. Then I'll be trying a bkool workout .

After yesterdays effort. the recovery advisor on the Garmin said 72hrs  .

I'm up for the handicap ride tomorrow. I notice it's the same course that I did at the weekend - I could feel that in my legs on my commute this morning!
