How many teeth you got on that front small ring there @AAAC 76C ?

Purchased as a 48/34 compact then I changed the 48 for a 50 and right now there is a 52 fitted for Saturday.
So the 52 makes the 34 look real tiny and the chain struggles to get up onto the 52 unless you back off totaly on power.
Got me an 11/25 block on the way as well.

Whilst prepping my bike I loosened the chain catcher to get some slack in the chain to get the quick link on and forgot to set it up again.
I was reminded of this when I dropped onto the small ring on WC S11 and had to get off to mount the chain again.
The only good thing about this was it put some fire in my belly to chase Mikmak back and the rest is BKool history.

Haha nice one AAAC!

You have actually just reminded me that I was given a Team GB cycling jersey once - but it's signed so I don't think I should wear it really!!

I got to wear mine for the men's road race and the time trial in 2012.

HID said I looked a real 'Cippolini' sitting on the sofa with my cycling kit on (but no helmet I must add).

I saw you stop on WC 10 - MikMak went past you and you then started again and chased him down.. wondered what you were doing

Not just epo then... hopefully all my whisky drinking will have the same effect...

I saw you come and go a lot when we were at the start line Paul. Then you sped off in the lead and I couldn't keep up. I hung back and waited for AAAC who towed me back up to you. The three of us stuck together for a while then AAAC sped off on his own while you and me drafted together for most of the race. Something didn't make sense though and I found the drafting difficult but that now makes sense. You ended up with a good lead over me by the end.
I was well happy with my watts and being a minute or so ahead of Paraires ghost, then disaster struck. I reached the finish line but the ride didn't end and wouldn't save. I would've gone back up to pro1 or 2 too. Not happy .

And I thought Bridgy was waiting for us!

I tried to dive bomb your ride tonight having changed my weight to 60 kilos^_^ frigging bkool wouldn't let me in. I then thought ride had finished but reading your experiences suggests bkool just not playing ball.

As personal siogneur to @Daddy Pig's poorly leg I have to have AAA (access all areas) therefore it is mandatory that I have the password for the fourth coming Tour de Lactic..

Feel free to PM the password....

We don't even know the password yet!

They are very concerned about having spectators within the actual stages because of the potential adverse effect it can have apparently - can't imagine why they might be concerned really with Bkool's track record of rock solid reliability.....

However, you can spectate via the live feed here - http://www.cykelloeb.dk/ - the "fun" starts at 10am UK time (11am CET)

How exciting!

I hope you have all addressed energy needs-lots of carbs-and protein recovery as well as fluid and electrolytes? What about massages? If I recall correctly a certain bkooler here had access to a Thai boy, sorry valet, and i hoped he would have been prepared to loan him out for necessary massaging of ego's, again sorry, sore aching legs...

Nope, not at all jealous:whistle:^_^

I don't think there will be any egos after this race, at least none from my direction... those great Danes were nailing the 20 km velo averaging over 60kph...

DP, Nothing intrinsically wrong with ego but i see what you are saying. Still, you get to have the massage...^_^

I had to bail from my zwift chaingang ride last night mainly because they were too bloody fast for me. Hung for a lap. I was somewhat chastened. But then i looked on strava and saw i had PB's for most of the course and that by and large the only former or current bkooler faster than me was Ryan Lawman who is pretty bloody quick. Darn, there shows my fragile ego!

Anyways, we are rooting for you all!

WC11 at 6 o'clock if anyone interested ... not going to push hard as hoping to put a gentle WC9 afterwards if not feeling too bad
