The Thursday night ride was there though. Am I doing something wrong?

No, they went past like Kipster on speed ...

I must say, I don't like the bots, they get in the way more than they help! The ghosts are better, as they behave more predictably.

They passed me doing about 40. And yes they are generally a bit of a pain but they just seem to be there all the time.

Cheers, i learnt a lot of the pacing of that, feel i could improve... whether i do before thursday another matter!!

I did almost the entire hour at my FTP, average watts was 252 for almost the whole ride. That must be good in some way?
