Well it could well be the other way round but yes! I guess if we try and get a good start together we'll just have to see how it goes from thereMy legs are feeling good a bit jelly like so not sure how much I can put in on the ride, i'll try my best to help get us up there but if I slow right down then don't feel bad blasting on...
7pm Chaingang substitute (WC stages 9 & 8).
Rides set up and requested ghosts added.
WC 9 (Tour of Quatar) 7pm warmup. 7:10 race (about 15 mins)
5 minute break
WC 8 (La vuelta 2013 E10) warmup for 10 mins then race.
Should be plenty time for everyone to join race 8 as race 9 is very short then there's a 5 min break and a 10 min warmup.
Stage 8, the second ride.which one is the climb
It is the Arrow Sportive Andy on 6th May, starts in Market Rasen and has 3 flavours a 52 mile, 81 mile or 100 mile route, they all get the same lumpy bit at the end. Is run by Cycling weekly.
Doing it with my 11 year old son and will be firmly using him as an excuse for woeful times.
Yup the mean streets of Cranwell are indeed my manor.
I just had my Pro calibrated and if everything goes as suspected I should drop down a bit in Bkool performance, but hopefully with watts more even distributed, so I can stay with riders with same ability on both climbs, flat and descents.
You will, stage 8 is an absolute killer!(already starting to regret insisting on doing a second stage tonight!)
