Bkool just sent me this response regarding the lost rides:

Thanks for your message. Please check if there is any session not sent. Enter the simulator and click on Settings, and then on "About Bkool Indoor", at the bottom of the menu. Let us know if the field "Completed sessions remaining to send" is zero or not.

I don't see an "About Bkool Indoor" anywhere in settings in the simulator. Anyone see it?
Found that and it said one failed and one pending. Clicked it and it supposedly sent something but nothing showing on my activity list - in fact nothing since the 1st Jan (to be fair that would only be 4 sessions). Something badly wrong here.

Hi guys, missed the velodrome, as I got home from work late, but did have an unfair crack at Salcombe, before breaking my Turbo on Ventoux! It got really hot, and the then the metal fly wheel must have distorted slightly, and started scoring itself against the electromagnet! Making a horrible noise! I abandoned the ride, and when it cooled down, it ran freely again! Mmm, very 'uncool' BKool!
How long will this take to resolve I wonder...and then, do I upgrade, or stick with BKool?!?

Oh dam! That's a new problem I haven't heard of before. I had thought they were quite bullet proof in that way. I think bkool will fix it for you free and quick and will hopefully pick it up with their courier in a few days if you send them an email.
Good luck. I'd stick with bkool as long as they're not costing you extra money.

You broke your turbo on Ventoux .... that's amazing, you must have been putting out quite some power!

I'm having so much "fun" with my trainer, I'm thinking I should have invested in a KICKR ...

Bkool are going to take a look at mine next Friday, to see why the Bkool power figure is 30% more than my powertap, but since my power figure is much the same as everyone else's, I'm not sure what they can find.

@Blueface great time on Salcombe, what gradient resistance does the Elite RealTour simulate

Good couple of rides, thanks for organising those Geoff, I had same strange gremlins as everyone else, never rode the velodrome before, can imagine when it's working it will be fun (competitive) ^_^
Hi Richy, I had you for company a few times- gratefully sat on your wheel a while, after giving up on staying with geoff and kipster, the flying nutters! i did try and take a turn at the front, but you fell back!

Defo something not right with that session, for me Geoff won that in front of Kipster, then Bill, who should have lapped me once or twice according to av. speed but whom I never saw again after he overtook me early doors, then Richylad behind me. but we all seem to have finished 8th or DQ! total ar*e. And they claim 100+ multiplayer interface?? but they can't handle 8 riders on the velodrome... piss poor!

Also, why is Bill not showing on the climb results even though we saw him flying ahead? And although I now have my rides showing, apparently I didn't take part in the league ride, not showing up on league table?!?
EDIT: my salcombe hill ride now showing on league table. do they have runners delivering the data to the inputters at different speeds? little hamsters turning flywheels to generate power? very, very odd bit of f*ck up software this.

So we've had two sessions in the League so far, both of which Bill has won comfortably (especially Salcombe Hill), and he's nowhere to be seen in the League Table ...

You woz robbed ...

I hope Bkool get to the bottom of it.

I see the Tacx iGenius multiplayer is now £679 at Wiggle! I'm tempted. Geoff, in your expert opinion, which trainer would you switch to if you were going to defect? I like the idea of the no tyre wear or slip concept of the Wahoo, but also like the price tag of the TacX.
I would stay with the BKool software I think, I quite like that.
