Due to printing...
Due to the garden centre and other shops....
Wonder what you'd do if they refused to hand it over.
17 and they still handed it over, sack 'em!
It'd save plastic as well.
I've a rough idea of how they work, having seen two demonstrations.
Looks easy enough says the one who doesn't have one.
The clamps don't snap...
Spriral cable wraps?
Will it be dry enough for you to venture into the garden

Sidetracked...
Who's a lulu...
Dunno it was a bargain....

the main thing is levelling, I found out.
Second one is self-levelling..
other settings are found as you go along..
One of the programs I use, has a slower print speed than the one that came with the print (own brand) which seems to be a copy of another.
I used the original to do yesterday's print and at times it was whizzing.
I do prefer the other one....takes longer..
Speedy printing is not an option.
I'll change the original speed and try it....
Found that I'm getting reliable results using certain brands of PLA using the settings I have.
PLA is not all the same..
Little thing is I get most models from a couple of sites, free of course, although I have bought' some files...
a lot of the models (esp on one of them) are set up for one of the better makes of printer...
differences there are but the 'slicing' program does convert each file to your printer settings.
Anyway..
these cable clips take a fair while, 9 at a time, I'm doing various sizes.. two so far but will go through all the cables I have, I'll see what I have and dump any extra, although I supply the 'mob' with them..
:cuppa: time.....

Probably wasn't in to four figures though, unless you count the pennies.

You probably don't bump against the table you have it on. Especially when it's printing though.
How many of the other settings have you to find!
If one brand doesn't print good enough, you avoid it. Or are you finding it varies for the same supplier/brand, or even the colour?
Not something you need to be in a rush to use or get something printed on. You slow to its speed.
Yer making me think twice about getting one though. Although it's nearer 60/40 now, mainly due to "would I use it enough?".
Those "freebies" you've used, is there any feedback on problem areas, encountered when printing that might help you work out what part is going wrong. File/program/printer/PLA..

How many you planning on printing!!
Why not, yer waiting on yer printer anyway...

Of course,
I'm on a granola trial..
Man, layered with strawberry yogurt and raspberries on top?
excellent..
Thought banana and papaya mix....

I find Elegoo PLA works well for me but have tried a few others,
I mostly use 200c print temp and 60c print bed although bog standard 190 and 50 work..
After the previous printer, it definitely was my inability to level the print bed.
Now I press the button and it does it for me.
I still watch the first layers being laid down, haven't the ?? to just walk away and let it go, I do nip down every so often to check(excuse for another :cuppa: , I just can't get a webcam to work in the garage and watch from up here would be handy.
Not much left to make tbh...it'll get to a point I'll run out of stuff to do,
TBH? If it wasn't for little cases etc for my radio projects and the kids, I'd be happy without one....
I saw a project on the Toob tonight that a printed case could be helpful..
I'll be mulling this over but TBH I could run it on my computer instead of a 5" screen...

Expecting a wee radio thing from the land Trump wants to tariff but I see two recent comments saying order cancelled with no reason,
It's allegedly in the air just now and I have a Royal Mail tracking code but still being wary, I'll not lose the cost, I'll watch the tracking info...

Boils down to what and how often you'd use one, I have my radio stuff which I can make the odd thing for the kids, little toy things...
