Mrs M was at GLA to take them home..

I use small 'jeweller' type needle nose pliers to prise them off..
this one had two simple points needing 'support' although I have done the previous one without them..
I'll try another method tomorrow, always worth a go and learn from it.
It was supposed to be Sonic...
to save weight and material, everything inside is like a honeycomb-like infill, normally the model is two lines thick, but I had made this 3 thick like the photo here so the outer layer was sturdier, oh well, tomorrow awaits, it took 3 hours 6 mins to print, it is not exactly quick

two supports, The left one has a branch going up to under the snout, these ones just snap off..

Oh well, lazy day tomorrow...
She saw it for herself, real-time.

How small are yer jewellers needle nose?
Only two supports to get rid off. From that clump of plastic in the first picture. Looks like there'd be more than that in it.
Sorta solid then, even if it's not all like the outer shell.
Easy tell what/who it's supposed to be in the second picture. Not so easy tell from the first picture.

Is yer latest sticking its tounge out or is that a piece to remove.

Did you see the piece where Gordon Ramsey has had 470 of those lucky cats taken from one of his restaurants, in a week. Not that lucky for him it seems. £7+ apiece, and customers are helping themselves to them.

Not for real delicate work I'd say...
but enough for the job in hand...
The first one was smothered, but the second was more obvious: Much less is needed; it calculates what overhangs.
I'll try another method later.
I have done the second one originally without any support, just a test..
Sadly PLA can be brittle and a certain young lady stood on it.
Flimsy arms and legs that are hollow.
The model with two was a larger version than the broken one, 150%, so hopefully, it will be stronger.

I saw a large ceramic one in a nail bar window just the other day, I have ??? of them....not his, mine..
Fun fact, I t-boned his cousin's Nova on my Suzuki 125...

The right tool for the job will be out there, and probably cost a bit as well.
Smothered, surprised you managed to get the piece you printed out of it.
Its calculations were a wee bit out I'd say, if the first picture was the result. You expect the newer method to be better?
Storm damage?
If it's that brittle, how come some folk are printing parts for R/C cars from it. Or would they be using other materials.
It's bigger, it's gotta be stronger!

A chinese all you can eat buffet had two stone ones on plinths at the entrance. They disappeared one day. They're not in hiding up in your nec o'woods are they?
Was he "upset" at what you'd done, were you okay. Was the 125?
