Forgot tea on our journeys..
the house Provisions Manager is on the case...

Fun, what's that?
If I have any funny japes, I have to go bed for a week to contain my excitement...
Got as low as minus 4.1c....
still slightly under...
Stern words with yerssen for forgetting it?
Will the HMP get the right stuff though.

It's what you had when you had some free time to yourself. You remember that, don't you.
Would you last/get a week in bed to recover...
Slightly warmer here, not much, but enough.

I just watched an airline advert on telly and it looks like the lady gets a plate serving which looks like 'something' , possibly supposed to be yon caviar...not the caviar I've seen...and no, I thought it 'yuck'.
Just slightly below freezing the noo...

If I were served what I've seen in some travel adverts, it'd be sent back sharpish. You have caviar often then?
Warming for snow methinks...

Ah, you're the one taking the picture!

Very early 70s..
I worked in a hotel deep in the centre of Jockland (N of Perth)..
I was a 'pearl diver (KP), I progressed to making desserts,
two summer seasons I suffered,
tried things like frogs legs etc etc..
A free pint(plus, thanks Peggy ) every night after everything was done..
Great life...
I just couldn't see doing it the rest of my life......

Apparently the UK has one weeks gas left....

Pearl Diver!
Not much meat on frogs legs though.
Just the one a night, when you'd finished, for two years. And your love of it has remained since.
Would you do it again, given the chance, the real question to measure how good it was.
Could never work round food, I'd always be helping myself to summat.

Down 28% on this time last year. And there's not been much wind either.

You were doing puddings. Yer'd more willpower than me.
It'd not be a case of eating all of one, more than once a day. More a case of taking my time with the one throughout the day. I was the same with a cuppa at work. Always one to hand because it wasn't drunk/finished in the break. Outside, it was an insulated mug.
They knew the way to yer heart?
Nothing doing over the winter months. Although it would have given you a chance to work on yer DJ patter.

Above freezing, in the shade, for the first time in ten days here, at this time of day.

A word I've never seen/heard before

Cuppateano

Cuppateano..
very chic sounding..
A long time ago, I'd take tea with milk and one level teaspoon of sugar...
I'd gone camping and we'd each though the other had brought the milk and sugar..
Since then, black tea only....
technically, Cuppateanono I assume...
problem is in Italy, it is alleged that you don't order Cappuccino after 11am (see Cycling Podcast)
Is this carrying over? nah..

The chef de puddings do anything before getting up and moving on...
Did yer "promotion" come with a pay increase?
Slightly behind you, and still they forecast snow.
