Creaking joints weren't the example I were thinking of.

Warming fer snow. My opinion only. Although there's a warning in place in Ireland for heavy snow in three days time.
A wee breeze, but the last few nights have been warmer than a week ago.
Did you try putting yer hand out, or is that too low tech?

Warming fer snow. My opinion only. Although there's a warning in place in Ireland for heavy snow in three days time.

Mrs M could shop for Scotland so I leave it all in capable hands...

My desk blocks the window, I can reach the handles to open but anything else would be tricky..
I just to my left and my wx station console.....

I did, the beans i bought were the bean of the ground coffee I normally buy but it tastes different..

Bad batch or maybe the hammer is required to release the full flavour of the bean.
Did it taste any different. Try adding a teaspoon of water when yer grinding the next lot.
