As they say across the pond there is an ongoing rain event..
not much but a little, TBH very little BUT one day less watering plants......

I find it hilarious sometimes the nostalgia bit..
I'm fifth generation and I feel fill 'ancestor's race in'
Yer where ye are born and that's it...

You thinking about getting an e-bike!

not really, just a topic that came up in conversation....
I could convert my loved one....if needed, better the saddle you ken, eh?

Yorkshire born n'bred missen. With both sides of the family having moved back to their ancestral county.

Maybe they feel the time for you on an e-bike is getting near. Or, maybe they were hinting that you should consider getting rid of Polly!!

And a saddle would be much cheaper than a conversion kit.

In extreme times when water rationing is in order, why do breweries and their like still get to use the same amount?

Aye, I've been lax lately on keeping up with the cycling, highlights package mostly.
Hopefully back to normality tomorrow..
Apparently the BIG reservoir way up the hill has dropped 5", Lake Mead it ain't...

Heading to the south, west to east. It'll miss here.
Local breweries, in this area, all had their own water supplies. The site of one, Ramsden's*, of them, still has the water supply running into the building. Cleaner than the tap water being used. And cleaner than the bottled water being supplied as drinking water in the water coolers.

*Taken over Samuel Webster's, they had their own reservoir built for the brewery.
