Jeez, blowy McBlowy this morning..
heard food bin take off after being emptied, luckily a neighbour retrieved.
I was lazy and lay on after being up pretty early...
Off to see Nurse (not Ratched, thankfully)

True, it is a start. How far you go is up to you.
They like putting things in a way you can visualise. You'll have to arm yourself with a few of your own, be ready next time. Or as they may say down the Scout Hut, "Be Prepared ".
Some do it without even thinking about it.
