Bought instead of spam friiters, which they didn't do but had them priced on the board.Don't like it deep fried but it isn't that bad..
We have slice vans oop here basically other areas would call burger vans...
A butcher pal once told me that meatier looking slice (or Lorne) didn't need to have much extra meat in it..
too much meat in the mix changes the texture...

Anything like the burger vans in these parts, you'd do well to avoid.
Was it just an excuse to put less meat in yours?
