Watching the RaceduSol and said at 30 kms to go, if Pog wins, I'm heading out on the bike and the sod ran away with it so off and out I headed. Identical almost to the other days run but much windier, sitting here wabbit, haven't been like this for a long time..
Early to bed and I'll still wake up brassic lint.

I could carry and run through the muddy parts of the nearby wood, just like cyclocross
I reckon 60% tracks and 40 tarmac, a good mix, a bit busy at that time though....

Just remember look right, look left, look right again!
Be a bit hard do, avoiding hills when you live partway up/down one.
Don't make any promises whilst watching the cycling on the telly...

ventured thru' the West..
spent afternoon in a library searching through old newspapers form the mid 60s.
eventually found what i was looking for..
then home via Clydebank and Glasgow,
just about to head to the hut....

Back through familiar territory, and possible safe routes, good thinking.
