Been 'trying' a new wholemeal loaf recipe..
Its proofed and presently in the oven.....rising I hope
fingers, toes and everything else crossed....

If it blows down the valley, as it is doing, there's little protection from it. Across, there's plenty, so we miss the worst of it.

I have been enjoying their wholemeal loaf.
My latest one is a success..
cutting wholemeal bread is something else, this seems okay..
Mrs M admitted to a cutting of two slices whilst I was out at the club tonight..
shocking..
been sent to the naughty step......
I'll make another tomorrow and see if it wasn't a fluke
