I was oot yesterday for a toddle, not moving until later, I'd a check of wheel after I got back but need to check tyre pressures (both) in case..

He fixed it..........he was out on her yesterday.

I've done some housework..
but been sitting most of the time, I'd gone out last night due to the forecast for today..
if I'd done the cycle the other way I'd have had the wind in my favour most of the way, got that one badly wrong...
Still I'm told into the wind builds endurance,
who needs that at my age
