Morning. Much fresher oop here this morning. Sun is trying hard to stay out. Had an early plod.......and it was a plod! Legs were like ton weights, and there was a hill involved so I was slower than a slow thing. I'm sure it's all good training though. Lol.Good Morning

Been out for 65 on the bike.
