Not sure. I only saw what weather they say we are going to get in the UK. I suspect orher countries will have similar weather as well.

What's wrong with that?
You have to remember that it's aimed at a small piece of the South East, where half an inch of snow stops all motorised traffic. The intense cold stops people walking anywhere, combined with the snow it grinds to a halt.
