Long term forecast is rain.

My word. The heavens have opened up. I think all of the rain in the entire Uk is being dumped on us here is the middle of nowhere.

We can sell the water. Selling the wind is harder as its nearly always a middlin wind folk want.

Air is easier sell, people can't get enough fresh country air. Might have to start using bigger cans.

Morning Dry and reasonably mild. Last decent day before Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday look pretty awful with strong winds and heay rain at times.

Morning. We had a strange night. Spectacular lightning and thunder for an hour and the wind picked up, then died back down as suddenly as it started. The real winds are due within the next couple of hours but not bad yet. Might risk a quick wander before it arrives.

Today's forecast is sunshine with "Severe weather warning: Hail, torrential rain, lightning" across the top of the page.
Hourly forecast is sunshine all day.
Sunshine outside, with thunderheads in the distance...
Now that do I do?

Trouble is,if I go more than a couple of K's in any direction I have to cross a deep valley which means it'll take a while to get back. If it starts raining when I'm on the other side I'm stuffed.

Tomorrow should be better. I'm thinking short ride today, longer ride tomorrow...
