Good morning. Looks like it might be a decent day today. I slept well last night (makes a change).
Well it was over 8 hours I think I was asleep for. It would be interesting to see how much of it was actually sleep after looking at Mo's sleep pattern on her garmin.
My watch says 7 hrs 36 mins of sleep of which 83% was peaceful,
of which I got 3 hrs continuous sleep
I apparently fell asleep at 23.44 and woke at 7.20
6 hr 18 min asleep and 1 hr 18 min interruptions,
Feedback was Less sleep than preferred, lots of awake time.
I was sitting here as midnight turned...shrug.

The Forerunner 935. You can use it for multisports. Has the wrist HRM which seems to be quite accurate. You can use it for walking/hiking/running/cycling/swimming and other stuff.
