Evening all, I've just been out for a run for the first time in three months.

I'm now sat in an ice cold bath to make sure my dodgy knee doesn't start up again, it's chilly willy.

The Dun Mare is one of the less salubrious establishments round there.

I've been in a couple of times many years ago but never liked it, always preferred the Dukesgate on Cleggs Lane.

Wouldn't it be easier, and nicer, to have a nice warm bath but strap a packet of frozen peas to the dodgy knee. Even some freeze spray anything. It would avoid shrinkage, I know how you bloke types try to avoid shrinkage.

Out of interest, why are out running with a dodgy knee?
