If you are fortunate to have the time, the gentle spin would be good to the legs even if only 15 miles just to keep them ticking over
Clockwork legs, run 'em down then just insert the key and wind back up again.

Well that was a nice way to spend an hr or 2..like my new frame.20 miles ,was chilly at first in just a top but ok after a few miles..wind was ok after the last weeks gusty stuff.
pitta salad and some nice ham and a coffee to finish..i wish all mondays were like this..
new job to start tomorrow as the one today is kicked..

Ahh well, best laid plans...abandoned that one..day off now so im going to ride my bike.
huge bee's nest uncovered"run away!!!!!! Lol and the digging is just too bloody hard..all dry clay and pebbles.
ill start a new job tomorrow..im getting too old for pic and shoval work..cant get a mini digger in either.
I've seen an 82 year old, out in the fields digging drains with pick & shovel. None of this new technology for him whilst he could do it himself.
