Got a day off,super warm here....storms later..
Had a migrein for nearly 36hrs which has now left me feeling shell shocked..
i didn't take my scrip meds as im getting other side effects like cold legs and neck, jaw pain..with them..must see the Dr about this
Tea and a bike ride as the new build beckons...still breezy
