The temperature hit 34c yesterday. It seems just as hot today, but with a wind that gusts every now and again to keep the brain semi-cool. Our last week is going to be a sizzle!!

One day later and a new rear cassette...collecting tomorrow as they shut at 2pm on a Wednesday and I've only just sat down after running about!
