Hubby has kindly loaned me his waterproof compact Nikon (which he never uses! - see where I'm going here?)
He has taken my Samsung into work with him, along with his toolkit, to see if he can do something with it (he was an electronics engineer in the Marines).

I took a half day as scaffolding going up at some point, unfortunately I have to 'amend' my wee fence at back of house and I used screws to secure wood and screws after 10 plus are solid...I may have to just go scripto and demolish the strapping and replace BUT it was a good excuse after the Tour of Britain to go out and get some leg work in, only 20ml but a couple of good sharp hills included
