[Qhaveclassic33, post: 3233510, member: 299"]Well @Saluki is back on, possibly from celebrating her neighbours departure earlier today. Make her have second thoughts about the effects sufferred.[/QUOTE]
I haven't been celebrating, I am sans laptop as the bloody thing has broken yet again. PC world have it and are fixing it yet again. The registry has gone kaput apparently. I logged on briefly last night on my stupid tablet thing, which is rather pants and I have now stolen Hubster's laptop while he is having a snooze.

Her downstairs stayed in her new place last night but has been back this morning and has dug up all her rose bushes and loaded them into her BFs van. Her keys are going back to the HA tomorrow by all accounts. Yay!

No, the plinth is finished. It's all timber from here on upwards.

I was supposed to lead the club's Sunday ride this morning, but got my bike out and found it had a puncture. I was up against the clock, and popped another tube in quickly. That went down straight away, and turned out to be perished. Now, we've just moved house, so to try to find a 3rd tube was a bit of a challenge, but eventually I got one, popped it in, chucked the bike in the car and raced off to try to meet the group before 9.00 kick-off. Got there at 9.03...........and no-one was there. There are only 4 standard routes out of Sudbury, and I had driven along one of them on the way in, so 3 to choose from. I belted out along one, and couldn't find any cyclists, so I gave up and headed home, wrote an apologetic email to the organiser, and repaired all the tubes. We then decided to go out for a walk, and ended up on a footpath 7 feet deep in stinging nettles and brambles, and drenched. Cut to ribbons, tingling all over, and soaked through. Not the best of mornings.............

But India are 9 for 2 with a 350 run 1st innings deficit, so things aren't too bad after all.

Could be worse. Never had a flat bike before, Tyres, but never a flat bike.

I'm a Real Madrid fan..
I got a 'punt'(lift over turnstiles) on that night in Glasgow, 1960..aye I'm that old...
I fell in love with 'Los Meringues' and have followed them ever since...
I see the Premier League now going to 'crawl' Vine and other online sites to remove goal clips...
You now need to pay the /satellite cable companies to watch the live games..
Football has sold out as I still believe football should all be played as traditional on Sat afternoons at 3pm..by all means one game per week on a Sun but clubs are just shafting their fans..
One London club now wants £?? for a London derby ?

You may had a giggle about my local team..the mighty 'Ton
BUT read this wee Sir Alex piece HERE

Hope the Fir Park trip was good for ya!

HI @Bobby Mhor :hello:

Caley boys won at a canter to 2 good long range shots, 2 good goals. They should have been at least 3 to the good by half time, Motherwell were dire, one chance headed off the line in the first half and the keeper made a save in the second half, that was all they could muster. Didn't get to see Billy Mckay score, he only had one chance and the keeper saved it. He got subbed, and his replacement scored a cracker in the 89th minute. The crowd was only 3,700, thought Motherwell got about 6,000, they looked very poor especially considering they sneaked 2nd on the last day of last season.
Had a bite to eat in Glasgow and headed down after half one, as it was raining we jumped in a taxi to the ground. Expected to be in the big stand behind the goal, it was closed, we were in the side of the main stand in the corner. Got dropped back at the station by my mates friend, he was visiting relatives in Glasgow.
No neds at the station, but we saw a few getting off the train at Hamilton for their game. My mate was there last week and said they had a few hanging about, before going home to do their homework
Happy days, saw Caley win, good day out.
