I reckon they are starting to look a bit tatty now. They could do with a refurb. Taking the shop out of them was a bit of a joke, should have left then in like Virgin did. Supposed to be slower than the 4 car versions according to some of my mates.

The one I was in on Saturday looked worse than the old BR mk3 coach I was in the week before.
