I have finished the dreaded W for today. More of it tomorrow but I've been home long enough to have some granola & yoghurt and to make a cuppa. Just having a squint at the Tour and then I have a rhododendron to stick in the corner of the garden.

I was out all morning knackering myself with a high effort tempo ride, part of the training for what may be my last TT of the season next week, then enjoyed a well earned leisurely lunch. Next up is a walk in the sun before a lovely curry for dinner
