There's a bloke at work who retires next January, he can tell you exactly how many working days he's got left.

He's got a calendar at home with all the weekends and holidays already crossed off, he can hardly wait the lucky bast.....

Good afternoon people. Went out for a ride this mornng. Posted the write up and photos. I ended up with a couple of ouches as well. I cut my finger on one of the unfoldy bits of my bike and it hurt. I was bleeding all over my bike. After that when I finished my ride, I looked down and noticed my leg was bleeding just above my ankle. Obviously caught it on the pedals. Then when I got home and got into the shower, I noticed I had a large bruise on the inside of my right thigh and I have no idea how I got that one.

My ride to work just now was dark, cold (about 3.5°C) and windy. Suffice it to say: I was wide awake in minutes of leaving home, one of the advantages of being a cyclist .
