Just walked back from the Dr's as I remembered to go..b12 jab is like a turbo boost..

Morning everyone in Tealandia.

Just chilling out with a cuppa having had a reasonable sleep. I saw 2-3pm but stayed under the duvet. Up again at 5 but then snoozed from 7 until 9. I probably need more tea.
Planning of a quick spin into the city for bar tape for Hubster's new toy then maybe a cuppa at the Dandy Horse then a bit more of a bike ride to give Hub's new bike a bit of exercise.
