Now I did run a reflocking service, collectors would send me the heads from all over Europe for me to work on. I invested in an electrostatic flock sprayer....."I couldn't make this up, could I ?

Similar to those used on model railways, for putting the grass in place?

Yes similar, just a higher spec to get the flock all the way round and more even, you don't want the head to look like grass!

Some coffee drinking office types shipped out new company mobile phones (the old one was taken away upon delivery of the new one) , but failed to check that it would actually work with our existing sim card, so I'll be having a quiet week or two I reckon...
